LASC we recognize that junior shooters are the future of the
shooting sports and our Second Amendment Rights. The value of the
Second Amendment and the honest values taught to our young people by
the shooting sports are a proud American Tradition. The excitement
of the reactive targets of silhouette is a great way to hold the
attention of young people and develop these values.
It is the
policy of The Los Angeles Silhouette Club that entry fee's are waived for junior
shooters at all regular long range and small-bore monthly events held by the Los Angeles Silhouette Club.
Requirements:
The Junior must be accompanied by a shooting
adult that lives at the same address, be 16 years old or less and be a full time
student.
LASC also encourages but
does not require all participants to be members of the NRA. The NRA is the only
reason our right to enjoy the shooting sports and protect ourselves is still
intact.
